The accommodation for 12 guests is arranged over a main stone bastide with typical French-style wooden shutters, 2 beach cabanes with independent access and a luxury wooden tree house. The house has been beautifully decorated and enjoys lots of natural light, the decor is light and in keeping with its beach situation. The entire house has Fibre Optic wifi throughout. The property is secluded and enjoys total privacy with its own direct access to Pampelonne beach and its renowned beach clubs.

2 hectares of fully gated private grounds comprising lush gardens with a feature fence on a hydraulic ram that completely folds down while you are enjoying lunch at the summer house, giving you an uninterrupted view out to sea from the summer kitchen/ beach. Private, heatable, salt-water 15m x 5m pool (Roman steps), Japanese carpe pond (care with young children). There is a fully equipped gym house with techno gym equipment, its own climate control and W.C. with sea views. There is fully equipped summer kitchen with a plancha, dishwasher, and beach dining table. Beach volley-ball court. Helicopter landing pad 2 landings and take-offs per day. Direct access to Moorea and Loulou Beach Clubs, 580 metres fence line along the beach. There is also an exterior security camera set up and alarm system and the entire garden is lit at night.
