is a large luxury villa located on the outskirts of Pollenca old town, just a
10-minute walk into its centre. It boasts a large, manicured gardens with olive
trees and fresh herbs, a spacious terrace with plenty of room to relax and
unwind; it’s an easy choice for people looking for their own space and privacy
whilst not being too far away from town. The 6 homely bedrooms are spread over
two floors with master suites on both levels, they have their own en suite
bathrooms and one with its own walk-in wardrobe. The other rooms all have ample
storage and share bathrooms with large walk-in showers. All rooms have
air-conditioning to keep you cool, with two large indoor living rooms and a
children’s play area both with a smart TV, there is plenty of space to chill
out and socialize. This high-spec villa comes with your own private chef and
villa manager who will contact you prior to your stay.

to this is a large-covered dining area perfect for al fresco dining. A
separate glass outbuilding houses a foosball table, a pool table and
cardio machines; there is also table tennis outside. Views up to the Puig de
Maria mountain, surrounded by olive trees & well-groomed gardens. When
night-time comes pool fountains & mood lighting really set the scene for
your al fresco dining experience.
